At netyen.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We specialize in made-to-order graphic print t-shirts for customers across the United States. Because each item is custom printed just for you, weโ€™ve created a fair and transparent return and exchange policy.


1. Return Eligibility

Since our t-shirts are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for buyerโ€™s remorse (e.g., wrong size ordered, changed your mind). However, we gladly offer returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect item received
  • Significant print issues or sizing errors caused by us

If you received a faulty or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer free size exchanges for eligible orders. If your shirt doesnโ€™t fit due to our size chart being inaccurate, weโ€™ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Steps for exchange:

  1. Email support@netyen.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Attach photos and include your order number
  3. Our team will review and confirm if the exchange is approved
  4. Youโ€™ll receive a replacement item shipped to your original address

Note: You may keep or donate the original item. No return shipping is needed.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered (if it matches our size chart)
  • Custom-designed shirts (unless defective)
  • Orders outside the U.S.
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The item is out of stock or undeliverable
  • You received a defective product and donโ€™t want a replacement
  • An exchange or replacement is not possible

All refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.
