Last updated: 3 July 2025

1. Introduction

netyen.com (“Site,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects intellectual‑property rights and expects the same from its users, artists, and third‑party vendors. Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA,” 17 U.S.C. § 512), this policy outlines how copyright owners may notify us of alleged infringements on the Site and how we respond to such notices.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

To facilitate DMCA notifications, we have designated the following Copyright Agent:

Copyright Agent
netyen.com
Email: netyencontact@gmail.com

Important: Email is the preferred method. Physical mail may incur processing delays of up to 10 business days.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe material hosted on our Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Copyright Agent that includes all of the following:

  1. Signature — A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyrighted‑work owner.
  2. Identification of Work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., title, artwork, URL where the original appears, or a copy of the work).
  3. Identification of Infringing Material — The exact URL(s) or product page(s) on netyen.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  4. Contact Information — Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. Good‑Faith Statement — A statement that you have a good‑faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy & Authority Statement — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

4. Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We will notify the seller/designer or user who posted the content, including a copy of the notice.
  • Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated at our discretion.

5. Counter‑Notification Procedure

If your content was removed and you believe it does not infringe, you may file a counter‑notice that must include:

  1. Your Signature — Physical or electronic.
  2. Identification of Material Removed — URLs of the material that was removed or disabled.
  3. Good‑Faith Statement — A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction — A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district in which netyen.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Contact Information — Your full name, address, phone number, and email.

Send the counter‑notice to our Copyright Agent listed in Section 2. If we receive a valid counter‑notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order against you within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

netyen.com terminates, in appropriate circumstances, users or sellers who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is typically defined as a user who has received two or more valid DMCA takedown notices.

7. Misrepresentation & Penalties

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents material facts in a DMCA notice or counter‑notice may be liable for damages, court costs, and attorneys’ fees incurred by the alleged infringer or us.

8. Modifications to This Policy

We may revise this DMCA policy at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
