1. What types of t-shirts do you sell?

We sell premium graphic print t-shirts made from soft, breathable cotton blends. Every shirt is made to order using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, perfect for casual wear or gifts. Designs are original and printed in the USA.

2. How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our detailed Size Chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Our shirts follow standard U.S. unisex sizing.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding international shipping options soon!

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Because all products are made-to-order, we can only make changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Please email support@netyen.com immediately with your order number if you need help.

6. What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. If you received the wrong shirt or there’s a print issue, email us within 7 days. We also offer free size exchanges for eligible orders.

7. What if my shirt doesn’t fit?

If the shirt doesn’t fit and it was our sizing or printing error, we’ll send a free replacement. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us — we’ll do our best to help.

8. How are your shirts printed?

All shirts are printed using eco-friendly, water-based inks with direct-to-garment (DTG) technology, ensuring detailed designs and long-lasting color vibrancy.

9. Are your designs original?

Yes! Every design on netyen.com is created by our in-house artists or licensed independent designers. We celebrate bold, fun, and expressive graphics that stand out.
